Your New Role
Warner Bros. Discovery Global Business Services is seeking a motivated enthusiastic and detailed orientated analyst to join the Commercial Operations Team.
Commercial Operations role will support the Sales Teams daily operations across multiple territories and ensure adherence to internal procedures to meet our business needs.

Your Role Accountabilities
Drive Affiliate Agreements: Seamlessly manage the execution approval and drafting of affiliate agreements across Sales Legal and Finance teams ensuring smooth operations.
Champion Compliance: Uphold and enforce commercial compliance standards for all affiliate deals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Join forces with various teams to achieve company goals. Actively collaborate with Legal Distribution Engineering and Finance gather and analyze data to accurately assess and define compliance issues.
Master Database Management: Maintain the distribution database ensuring accurate and up-to-date agreement records workflows and statuses.
Streamline Billing: Ensure timely and precise billing requests based on executed agreements.
Qualifications & Experience
Operational experience of at least 2 years (tickets recurring requests deadlines)
Solution-Oriented Problem-Solving thinking
Ability to proactively identify prioritise and manage important queries
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Team player with proven ability to confidently express ideas and to build confidence and trust
Ability to read analyse and accurately interpret contractual legal terms and conditions
Excellent organisational / administrative skills and attention to details in keeping records
Demonstrated desire and capability to enhance and optimize processes.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and other process tools
Degree level or equivalent.
Fluent English and Polish is a must
