Job Summary
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to provide high-quality care and support to our clients inInkster MI. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life in a safe and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and mobility
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Help with light housekeeping tasks including cleaning laundry and meal preparation
- Monitor and report any changes in the clients health or behavior to the office
- Ensure clients safety and well-being at all times
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Previous experience in personal care or a related field preferred but not required
- Compassionate patient and reliable attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation are a plus
- Ability to pass background checks
