Your Impact as a Hospitality Aide

In this role you will:

• Support Nursing Services (Non-Clinical): Assist the nursing department with non-nursing tasks including bed-making passing water and ice answering call lights and gathering supplies.

• Assist with Meals: Preparedeliver and clean upmeals following dietary guidelines and safety standards.

• Encourage Participation: Support a positive living environment by encouraging residents to engage in activities and social programs.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep resident rooms andcommon areasclean organized and safe.

• Provide Laundry Assistance:Assistwith resident laundry services as needed.

• Follow Safety & Compliance Standards:Comply withthe Patient Bill of Rights Employee Responsibilities and all company and departmental safety policies and procedures.

• Observeand Report:Identifyand promptly report concerns safety issues or conditions requiring management or nursingattention.

• Assistas Needed: Performadditionalnon-clinicalduties to supportdailyfacility operations.
