In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the construction industry. This position will be responsible for performing forensic investigations and construction administration.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; $80000-$85000/Yr.

Bachelors Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or related field etc..
5 years of experience detailing construction investigation and restoration of various structures building enclosure systems (walls windows roofing etc.)
Prepare construction documents including specifications and drawings
Review of submittals and shop drawings
Prepare site observations of construction work in progress and field reports
Understanding of thermal air and moisture control within a building envelope materials assemblies etc..
MS office experience
