Position Overview
As a Sales Team Manager you will lead and mentor an in-house sales team while ensuring top-tier guest experiences and strong sales performance. Youll be responsible for driving results maintaining compliance and creating an energized high-performing team environment.
Responsibilities
- Train mentor and support Sales Team members to maximize performance
- Maintain sales performance and oversee finalization of sales
- Create excitement and engagement with both Sales Team members and clients
- Ensure Sales Representatives deliver presentations in accordance with company policies and procedures
Promote outstanding guest experiences by ensuring each Sales Representative provides:
- A welcoming guest-friendly environment
- Professional interactions including greeting and acknowledging guests
- Strong product knowledge and dependable service
Stay current on company activities industry trends and government regulations to ensure compliance and protect the business
Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum two (2) years of experience as an In-House Sales Associate
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong presentation and leadership skills
- Customer/client-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to travel for roadshows (up to 25%)
Work Schedule
- Regular full-time hours with additional hours as needed to meet business demands
- On-call responsibilities may be required
- Weekend and holiday availability required
