Job Summary
Job Title: CNA Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Monongah WV
Job Type: Contract 13 Weeks
Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care
Shift: Variable Day Shift 40 Hours/Week
Schedule: 5x8 Hour Shifts
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
Weekend availability required as needed
About the Role:
Seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Long Term Care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct resident and patient care assistance
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
Maintain accurate patient documentation
Take and record vital signs
Assist with mobility transfers repositioning and hygiene care
Maintain resident comfort dignity and safety
Support nursing staff with daily care activities
Follow infection control and safety guidelines
Utilize PCC charting system for documentation
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active CNA certification required
Previous LTC or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Ability to work five 8-hour shifts weekly
Weekend flexibility required
Strong communication and patient care skills
Team-oriented and dependable work ethic
PCC charting experience preferred
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Experience with geriatric populations preferred
BLS certification preferred
