Pay Range: $42.36/hr $62.00/hr

Job Summary
A healthcare facility in South Florida is seeking an experienced RN Manager Labor & Delivery to oversee the daily operations of the Labor & Delivery Postpartum and Newborn Nursery departments. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring quality patient care staff management regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of Labor & Delivery Postpartum and Newborn Nursery units
- Supervise nursing staff and support staff development
- Ensure high-quality maternal and neonatal patient care
- Coordinate staffing scheduling and patient flow
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Support patient safety and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with budgeting and department performance goals
Requirements
- Current Florida RN License or Compact RN License
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
- NRP Certification required
- STABLE Certification required
- Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery management experience required
