Job Summary
Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g. predictive analytics scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization
Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals guiding strategic technology decisions
Create documentation for systems ensuring precision and thoroughness while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
Perform specialized research on third-party products providing in-depth insights on features performance and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards
Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams ensuring scalability resilience and integration with existing infrastructure.
Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability

Required Skill and Experience
Experience in IT Project / Program Management within Healthcare or Life Sciences environments
Proven experience managing enterprisescale regulated IT initiatives (Clinical Quality Medical Affairs or ERP systems)
Strong expertise in CSV/CSA GxP 21 CFR Part 11 and audit/inspection readiness
Handson experience with clinical or quality platforms such as Veeva Vault CDMS TrackWise or LMS systems
Demonstrated ability to lead crossfunctional global teams and executive stakeholders
Solid background in program governance risk management and financial planning
Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Advanced working knowledge of project and collaboration tools (Jira Confluence MS Project Smartsheet SharePoint Teams)
Preferred Skill and Experience
Experience serving pharma or biotech clients (e.g. Pfizer Zoetis Genzyme or similar enterprise environments)
Background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO frameworks (ISO 13485 GAMP)
Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Oracle ERP SAP Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience supporting medical affairs or regulatory submission platforms
Familiarity with PMO leadership portfolio management and organizational transformation initiatives
Knowledge of Power BI or analytics tools for executive dashboards
Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience (Green Belt or higher preferred)
Prior experience in presales support or solution consulting roles
Additional Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
