Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Pueblo Norte in Scottsdale AZ. As Maintenance Supervisor you will be the working lead on our maintenance team running the day-to-day work-order operation executing hands-on repairs across all trades and stepping in for the Maintenance Director when needed. Your Role

The Maintenance Supervisor leads the day-to-day maintenance operation at Pueblo Norte and serves as the working lead under the Maintenance Director. You will execute most of the hands-on technical work and provide directions to the Maintenance Technicians.

• Perform general maintenance and repair work daily across HVAC plumbing electrical drywall painting carpentry and appliance repair
• Prioritize assign and complete work orders from residents and staff
• Conduct daily building rounds to identify needed repairs safety hazards and preventative maintenance
• Lead unit turns for new residents painting carpet cleaning repairs and general make-ready
• Direct and support the Maintenance Assistant on daily tasks and special projects
• Maintain grounds common areas and the building exterior so the community is always presentable
• Serve as the on-site maintenance lead when the Maintenance Director is unavailable
• Participate in shared after-hours on-call rotation with the Maintenance Director.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona drivers license required
• Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience with hands-on competency across multiple trades (HVAC plumbing electrical carpentry)
• Prior experience supervising or leading a small maintenance team preferred
• Working knowledge of building systems life-safety equipment and preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to respond to maintenance emergencies and prioritize work under pressure
• Pleasant detail-oriented and resident-focused
