Job Responsibilities:
Perform basic and routine accounting functions
Reconcile and prepare daily cash and credit card deposits
Submit and maintain 8300 Cash Reporting Forms in compliance with regulatory requirements
Order and maintain dealership office supplies
Process daily cash receipts accurately and in a timely manner
File and maintain vehicle deal documentation
Provide backup support for various office responsibilities
Assist with additional clerical duties as assigned to support daily operations

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Basic accounting knowledge and understanding
Experience working in an automotive dealership accounting office is ideal (i.e. accounts payable reconciliations billing deals etc.)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Precise and thorough with excellent attention to details
Must be available to work Monday Friday 7am to 4pm
Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening
