Job Summary

Due to continued growth Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center (OSMC) is hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic position in Elkhart Indiana. This role is open to full-time part-time or PRN candidates. Full-time is preferred with up to 40 hours per week available.

Both staff-level Physical Therapist and Clinic Director opportunities are available based on experience and interest. New graduate Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply and will receive mentorship and clinical support.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time Part-Time or PRN

• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics

• Location: Elkhart IN

• Full-Time Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

• Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM

• No weekends

• No holidays

• Flexible scheduling available

Caseload & Patient Population

• General outpatient orthopedic caseload

• Patients of all ages

• Full-time PTs average approximately 11 patients per day

• Opportunity to develop a specialty or pursue certifications

• Clinic Directors split time between patient care and leadership responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary in the $75000 range for full-time (increases with experience and qualifications)

Job Requirements

• Eligible for Indiana state licensure as a Physical Therapist

• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

• New graduate PTs will be supported and mentored

• Full-time preferred; part-time and PRN candidates will be considered

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
