Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join a clinical care team on a 13-week assignment in McMinnville Tennessee. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality evaluation diagnosis and treatment of speech language communication and swallowing disorders across patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech language cognitive-communication and swallowing evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and physician referrals
• Provide direct therapy services to patients in accordance with established care plans
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliant clinical records
• Collaborate with physicians nurses rehabilitation staff and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals progress and home exercise programs
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical outcomes
• Ensure adherence to facility policies safety standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Active state licensure (Tennessee or eligible)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Prior clinical or acute care experience preferred
