Senior Customer Service Representative (Onsite)
Pay:$21.00/HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Weekends Off
We are seeking dependable and customer-focused professionals for an onsite Senior Customer Service Representative opportunity supporting a high-volume call center environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for program applicants and recipients assisting with program information account support and general service-related inquiries.
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills compassion and the ability to actively listen while resolving customer concerns efficiently and professionally. Success in this role requires outstanding attendance strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a structured fast-paced environment handling high call volumes.
Important Requirement:Candidates must be able to pass a 30 WPM typing test.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from program applicants and recipients regarding social service programs
* Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and account-related questions
* Accurately document all customer interactions and case details
* Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency
* Provide clear complete and accurate information based on full understanding of program requirements
* Identify and communicate trends in caller concerns and recurring issues to call center leadership
* Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism empathy and strong conflict resolution skills
* Maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive information
* Meet and exceed daily productivity quality and customer service performance standards

Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years of age or older
* High School Diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 6 months of call center experience
* Associate degree or higher may substitute for the required call center experience
* Must be able to pass a 30 WPM typing test
