About the Role

The Assistant Hospitality Manager plays a frontline leadership role in delivering exceptional high-volume hightouch guest experiences across Beringers entry-level tasting room space gift shop and tours. This role is responsible for driving growth across core tasting room business tour experiences and international programs with a strong focus on the Knights Valley portfolios. You will lead and coach a large hospitality team partner crossfunctionally to deliver seamless endtoend experiences and serve as a visible presence on the floor setting service sales and brand standards while meeting key financial and growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive growth of the entry-level tasting room historic caves and gift shop delivering elevated service with a focus on Knights Valley portfolio
  • Manage and grow tour experiences ensuring offerings align with guest demand brand positioning and revenue goals
  • Lead the development and expansion of the Knights Valley Program
  • Partner with Trade teams domestic and international to host and accommodateconsumers and partners
  • Oversee daily operations as Manager on Duty including staffing scheduling cash handling and service execution
  • Drive the culture established in our hospitality academy to lead train and coach a large hospitality team to achieve sales wine club and guest experience targets
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure luxurylevel consistency across tastings tours and retail interactions
  • Drive sales performance wine club conversion and average order value while managing labor inventory and cost controls
  • Resolve guest service and operational issues in real time maintaining a calm professional presence
  • Collaborate with Marketing Events and Central Operations to execute programming promotions and experiences

About You:

  • You have strong hospitality leadership experience in a fastpaced guestfacing environment
  • You are energized by driving sales growth while delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • You are comfortable leading training and motivating large teams to high performance standards
  • You bring strong operational discipline including scheduling cash handling and inventory management
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with guests team members and crossfunctional partners
  • You value accuracy consistency and brand integrity in service and wine education
  • You are adaptable resilient and calm under pressure during highvolume periods
  • You are open to working weekends holidays and a flexible schedule
  • You have an interest in international guests and crosscultural hospitality experiences
