Job Summary
As an Enterprise Account Manager you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology. Your responsibilities will include driving revenue adoption and market penetration in strategic greenfield accounts.
Were looking for someone that possess both a sales and technical background that enables them to drive an engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers and IT architects. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against account coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans that identify growth opportunities and outline strategies for customer engagement
- Build and maintain robust sales pipelines by identifying prospects qualifying opportunities and advancing deals through the sales cycle
- Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to understand business objectives articulate compelling value propositions and accelerate service adoption
- Collaborate with partners to extend market reach and drive customer adoption across your assigned accounts and industry verticals
- Monitor progress against quarterly revenue targets and account satisfaction metrics adjusting strategies as needed to ensure customer success
A day in the life
This is a highly demanding position as you need to be able learn and improve to deal with customers through diverse organizations such as business associations chambers industries to name a few and do all this integrating partners with different profiles solutions certifications and even nationalities. All this in order to develop our Enterprise business at AWS Mexico achieving non to par customer obsession through partner GTM and higher than market growth rates. The candidate shall enjoy this highly demanding competitive job as we need people to be innovative experiment take risks while deliver results.

- 7 years of direct sales or business development in software cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives experience
- 10 years of business development partner development sales or alliances management experience
- Speak write and read fluently in Spanish
- Speak write and read fluently in English
- BS degree in engineering statistics computer science operations research business analytics information systems or equivalent or 5 years of technical work experience
- Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service or experience in managing and troublshooting network
- Experience in enterprise IT either as a vendor consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs
- Expirience working with AI
