The Analyst Consumer and Customer Relations plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy consistency and compliance of Saputo product information across internal systems and external customer and third-party platforms. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders and customers to manage product data documentation and certifications while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented collaborative and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.

How you will make contributions that matter

• Maintain and manage Saputo item data across multiple internal and external customer and third-party databases ensuring accuracy completeness and compliance.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and external customers to assess data requirements and align product information with customer and vendor standards.

• Maintain and update product specifications documentation and certifications to ensure information is current and consistent.

• Manage and upload required Saputo documentation within customer portals and third-party networks.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with management to implement efficiencies and best practices.

• Support ad hoc initiatives and project-based work as assigned including cross-functional projects.

You are best suited for the role if you have the following experience skills and qualifications

• Hold a Bachelors degree or have equivalent relevant education and/or experience.

• Exhibit a high level of professionalism initiative and a strong work ethic.

• Possess strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work cross-functionally within a team and manage multiple projects with energy.

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools including Word Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $61820 to $81140

Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience education skills and training.
