Program Description:
This position reports to the Chief Administrative Officer and sits within Auberles Administration department supporting technology operations across all programs and locations.
Position Title and Overview:
Technology Infrastructure Specialist (Full-Time)
Auberle seeks a full-time Technology Infrastructure Specialist to serve as the organizations internal technology lead overseeing day-to-day technology operations by coordinating vendors systems and resources to ensure reliable secure and effective technology services across Auberles locations. This role does not include direct reports but may include oversight of an intern. The Specialist manages technology primarily through vendor relationships cross-functional collaboration and project management. This position bridges the gap between Auberles managed IT service providers and the daily technology needs of a multi-site Pennsylvania-based human services organization. This is a newly created position. The ability to navigate ambiguity with the intention of identifying best practices and setting standard operating procedures is essential.

Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
- Valid PA drivers license vehicle registration and proof of insurance.
- 3 years of experience in technology operations systems coordination or IT project management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience coordinating with managed IT service providers or external technology vendors.
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant data handling practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage small to mid-size technology projects including scope definition timeline management and stakeholder updates.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts and present information to non-technical audiences of varying size including staff leadership and board members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Reliability and punctuality; this role requires consistent on-site presence.
