We are excited to be looking for an experienced Trade Compliance Manager EMEA to lead the transformation of our regional trade compliance program. This is a highimpact role where youll build and scale compliant efficient processes across the region while helping modernise how we manage global trade.

What Youll Do

As our regional subject matter expert for trade compliance youll lead the development and execution of the EMEA trade compliance roadmap ensuring the region operates in line with global strategy while supporting business growth.

Youll play a central role in strengthening and standardising trade compliance processes while leading the regional implementation and adoption of our Global Trade Management (GTM) system.

This position comes at an exciting time for Hologic. Youll help move the region toward a scalable systemsenabled model that supports Hologics continued growth.

Youll also lead a small team and work closely with global trade compliance leadership playing a key role in shaping the future of the function.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the development and execution of the EMEA trade compliance strategy aligning regional execution with global policy and priorities

Driving the implementation and optimisation of Global Trade Management systems partnering closely with IT and global teams

Embedding trade compliance processes into system workflows to improve automation visibility and control

Establishing consistent regional practices for import/export compliance tariff classification country of origin determination and export control classification

Overseeing restricted party screening enduse due diligence and export transaction reviews

Managing relationships with customs brokers freight forwarders and external advisors ensuring compliant and efficient crossborder operations

Identifying opportunities to leverage preferential trade programs and duty mitigation strategies

Partnering with Supply Chain Procurement Finance Legal IT and Commercial teams to integrate compliance into operational processes

Supporting audits regulatory inquiries and governance frameworks across the region

Developing KPIs dashboards and reporting to track compliance performance and risk trends

Building regional capability by coaching teams supporting stakeholders and fostering a strong culture of compliance

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a trade compliance professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong process and systems thinking.

You will bring:

Experience in trade compliance global trade operations or a related field

Expertise across import compliance tariff classification valuation export controls and screening

Experience implementing or operating Global Trade Management systems (Oracle GTM SAP GTS or similar)

Experience working across multiple EMEA jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks

Proven success driving crossfunctional initiatives and process standardisation

Experience working with customs brokers logistics providers and internal operational teams

It would be advantageous if you have:

Experience in healthcare life sciences or other regulated industries

Exposure to automation analytics or digital transformation initiatives

Professional certifications in customs trade compliance or supply chain
