BAS Network Planning Supervisor- Opa Locka, FL

What are your contributions to the team

• Supervise and motivate employees train and develop team members as well as conduct performance evaluations provide feedback and address any issues.
• Train and develop team members.
• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day planning activities and a team of planners or analysts.
• Develop implement and monitor production supply chain or operational plans.
• Review forecasts capacity and resource constraints to create accurate and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales procurement and operations to align plans with organizational objectives.
• Monitor performance against plans and initiate corrective actions to meet targets.
• Analyze data to identify trends risks and improvement opportunities in planning processes.
• Prepare and present planning reports KPIs and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Maintain and improve planning systems tools processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry standards and relevant regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

How to thrive in this role

• Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Engineering Urban Planning or related field.
• 35 years of experience in planning scheduling or a related field including 12 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficient in planning software (e.g. SAP Maximo Oracle MS Project or other planning tools).
• Proficient in Office365 Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word) & PowerBI
• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree or professional certification (e.g. CPIM PMP AICP).
• Experience with lean or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with forecasting tools or predictive analytics.
