About the Role:
Seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support patients in a behavioral health and substance use treatment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living and patient care needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Document patient assessments and interactions accurately
Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
Support nursing staff in a fast-paced care setting
Follow facility policies and safety protocols
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active Oregon CNA license required
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year healthcare or fast-paced care experience required
Ability to work nights weekends and holidays
Must pass pre-employment/post-offer drug screening
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Behavioral health or substance use treatment experience preferred
