Location: Sweetwater TX
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift
Shift Length: 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Rate: $48$52/hour
Job Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment. The RN will provide comprehensive maternal and newborn care in a fast-paced clinical environment ensuring safe delivery outcomes and high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in Labor & Delivery unit
- Monitor and assess maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery
- Assist physicians during labor delivery and immediate postpartum care
- Administer medications treatments and interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and interdisciplinary clinical teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Support patient and family education during the childbirth process
Qualifications & Requirements
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Prior Labor & Delivery experience required
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical judgment and critical care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
