TheRepair Technologies Product Leaderis accountable for defining theproduct strategy technology roadmap and investment prioritiesfor theGTS Repair business.
The role acts as thesingle point of accountabilityfor repair technology development and industrialization ensuring alignment betweenmarket needs operational excellence andlongtermbusiness strategy.

The Product Leader workscrossfunctionallywithGlobalOperations Engineering Growth & Strategy Financeand Repair Shopsto translate business priorities intoprogramsthat improvecost cycle time quality safety and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilitieswill be:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

Define and own theRepair strategy

Develop amultiyearroadmap balancinginternal drivers (productivity safety qualityleadtime)and external drivers (competitor movesnew technologiesavailable suppliers research).

2. Technology Scouting & Market Intelligence

Activelymonitortechnology trendsin repair processesbyattendingindustry conferences and technology forumstoidentifyemerging solutions.

Translate external technologyinputsintonew initiatives and programs.

3. Portfolio Performance & Competitive Positioning

Monitor Repair product line performance throughOpextrends Win/Lossanalysisand Competitor benchmarkingidentifyinggaps and countermeasuresandproposing new initiatives

4. Investment PlanningGovernanceand Programs execution

Partner withGrowth & Strategy Global Operations and Financeto define theinvestment planbuild business cases drive prioritizationdecisionsandintegrate initiatives into theLRP (Long Range Plan).

Be accountable for theexecution of Repair Technology programsin terms ofmilestonesand spendingandmanagetransition fromdevelopmenttoindustrialization

Leadperiodic product and portfolio reviewswith senior leadership.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Experience inProduct Management Engineering or Operations

Knowledge ofrepair technologiesandservice business dynamics

Experience withNPD / technology development processes

Financial acumen (business cases ROINPV IRR)

It will be seen as an advantage if you also have:

Bachelors degree in Engineeringor equivalent technical discipline

Experience inGas Turbine or Turbomachinery service environments

Ability to influence without direct authority

Strategic mindset combined with execution discipline
