Job Summary
$2500 Sign on Bonus for full time clinicians
Central Coast Home Healthis a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking full-time LVNsto join our team for theSan Luis Obispo Northern San Luis Obispo and Santa Maria areas.
The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with 1 weekend every 4 weeks rotation.

Requirements:
Current California LVN license
Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN)work experience
Reliable vehicle to drive for work
Current Drivers License and maintenance of a clean driving record
Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
Current approved health care provider CPR Certification
Home Health experience is a plus
This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $35.00-$45.00 per visit. Each LVN has an hourly rate of pay for additional work hours which ranges from $31.00-$35.00 per hour. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience location and years of experience.
