Job Summary

TheIdentity & Access Management(IAM)Managermanages a team of IAM professionals responsible for architectingintegratingand administering ourIAM infrastructure across the is critical to the mission success atAerospaceand this role willrequire engagement across all business units to gatherrequirementsand proactivelyimplement solutions toprovide secure but seamless IAM services.

This role will report to the Deputy CIO/General Manager oftheEnterprise Information Systems (EIS) Division under the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO).

The selected candidate willbe requiredto workfull-time on-site at our facility inEl Segundo CA or Chantilly VA.

WhatYoullBe Doing

  • Develop and execute IAMroadmap aligned with strategic initiatives and business requirements
  • Oversee delivery of IAM projectsservicesand infrastructureacrosstheenterprise
  • Collaborate with IT business units to implementcutting edgebut secure IAM services
  • Engage with external partners to ensureAerospace is securely collaborating using approved technologies
  • Benchmark and partner with external organizations(FFRDCs UARCs Military Industry Government Law Enforcement)to ensure Aerospace IAM strategy and deliverables are compliant effective and user friendly
  • Leadmentorand develop a team of IAM engineers

What You Need to be Successful

MinimumRequirements for the Identity & Access Management(IAM)Manager:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited program incybersecuritycomputer scienceinformationsystemscomputer engineering artificialintelligence or equivalent field of study or equivalent experience
  • 10 years of IT/Security experience with at least6 yearsworking directly with IAM technologies
  • Hand on experience and deep understanding of core IAM technologies including but not limited toidentity provisioning Public Key Infrastructure multi-factor authenticationfederated identityservicesand directory services
  • Previousexperience designing and implementing enterprise IAMprojects such as Single Sign On (SSO) Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)Role Based Access Control (RBAC) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Active Directoryand Zero Trust (ZT) solutions
  • Extensive experience with cloud/on-premises IAM cyber and general IT infrastructureincludingsystem automation programming and scripting
  • This position requires ability to obtain andmaintaina security clearance which is issued by the . isrequiredto obtain a security clearance.

  • Working knowledge of NIST SP 800-171NIST SP 800-53and FedRAMPauthorization
  • Proven experience with Cloud IAM solutions Artificial Intelligence Business 2 Businesscontextualauthenticationand integration withexternal business partners
  • Active security clearance issued by the U.S. Government

Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education experience knowledge and skills.
