Role Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary customer contact conducting detailed vehicle inspections to assess structural body mechanical and internal damage while guiding customers through the repair process with confidence and care.
• Prepare accurate repair estimates by evaluating damage determining parts and materials required and calculating labor and paint costs to ensure profitable and timely repairs.
• Collaborate closely with technicians to review repair needs monitor restoration quality and ensure completed work meets all quality standards; authorize additional repairs when necessary.
• Communicate directly with insurance companies to negotiate repair costs approvals and payment obligations ensuring a smooth claims process.
• Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the repair lifecycle to build trust satisfaction and repeat business.

Employee Prerequisites:

• Fast onboarding process started within days of applying.
• Advanced knowledge of vehicle mechanical and collision repair procedures.
• Insurance and Collision Estimator experience REQUIRED (compensation based on experience).
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Detailoriented organized and capable of managing multiple estimates in a deadlinedriven environment.
