Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detailed-orientated Quality Control Intern to support our Quality team during summer 2026. This role provides hands-on experience in quality systems documentation control and inspection processes within a manufacturing environment.

• Review organize and maintain electronic quality documentation in accordance with internal procedures

• Support audits of manufacturing areas to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards

• Assist with visual and mechanical inspection of incoming supplier components and finished products

• Participate in cross-functional meetings as a representative of the Quality team

• Document test results defects and non-conformances and communicate findings to QA staff and management

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality department

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelors or masters degree program in Engineering Computer Science or a related field

• Ability to work on-site 2040 hours per week; this is a fully in-office (non-remote) position

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook Excel PowerPoint and Word

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to manage multiple tasks and adjust priorities with minimal notice

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Requirements/Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001) is a plus
