Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

* Collaborate with commercial business stakeholders including Sales Marketing Market Access and Analytics teams.
* Gather analyze and document business requirements user stories process flows and functional specifications.
* Translate commercial business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions.
* Lead requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions across cross-functional teams.

Commercial HCP Data Lake Expertise

* Drive initiatives involving HCP/HCO data ingestion integration harmonization and governance.
* Work with datasets such as:
* IQVIA
* Veeva CRM
* Symphony Health
* Claims data
* Prescription/Rx data
* Call activity
* Omnichannel engagement data
* Digital interaction data
* Define data mapping lineage transformation rules and business logic for commercial analytics use cases.
* Ensure alignment of HCP golden records/master data across platforms.

Data & Analytics Collaboration

* Partner with Data Engineering and Architecture teams on:
* Data lake design
* Data models
* ETL/ELT requirements
* Data quality rules
* Metadata management
* Support cloud data platforms such as:
* AWS
* Azure
* Snowflake
* Databricks
* Validate data pipelines and support UAT activities.

Governance & Compliance

* Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical commercial data governance standards.
* Support data stewardship and MDM initiatives.
* Maintain documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.



Required Qualifications

* Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Information Systems Life Sciences or related field.
* 8 years of Business Analyst experience.
* Strong experience in commercial pharmaceutical data ecosystems.
* Hands-on expertise with HCP/HCO data models and commercial data lakes.
* Experience working with:
* Veeva CRM
* IQVIA data
* Snowflake/Databricks
* SQL
* Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Strong understanding of:
* Data warehousing
* Data governance
* MDM
* Commercial pharma analytics
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.



Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in omnichannel pharma analytics.
* Exposure to AI/ML-driven commercial analytics platforms.
* Knowledge of patient journey analytics and customer engagement platforms.
* Familiarity with tools like Tableau Power BI or Looker.
* SAFe Agile certification or CBAP certification preferred.
