Role Overview
- Engage with customers through phone online chat and email playing a key role in delivering a positive customer experience
- Listen to and understand customer needs providing clear thoughtful and effective solutions
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact between the brand and its customers helping to build strong relationships and reflect the companys values
