Your role
As aData Analystin ourEnterprise Data Analyticsteamyoullplay a key role in building scalable data models unlocking insights from large datasets and improving how data is used across functions like sales procurement and supply chain. This is a hands-on role where your work directly contributes to business performance and continuous improvement.
You translate business needs into reliable data solutions and work end-to-end: from understanding requirements to building data models and delivering meaningful insights. You act as an important link between business and IT helping ensure data is structured accessible and ready to support decision-making.
Your role is hybrid based in Apeldoorn the Netherlands. We value flexibility and collaboration:youreencouraged to spend at least two days per week in our office while enjoying the support for your home office set-up and travel costs.
Your team
Youlljoin ourEnterprise Data Analytics (EDA) team withinour team playsa central rolein strengthening data maturity across theorganisationand works closely with stakeholders across multiple European operating companies (OpCos) and central Group teams.
We collaborate in a pragmatic agile way working from a shared backlog partnering with our Group Data Engineering team and supporting each other across projects. Ownership is flexible: depending on the project you may take the lead or contribute alongside Business Analysts and other Data Analysts.
Yourkeytasks
Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Design and develop scalable data models
Build clear and user-friendly reports and dashboards in Power BI
Contribute to continuous improvements in BI architecture and data quality
Collaborate with colleagues and the Data Engineering team to onboard new data and new data sources
Develop understanding of business processes systems and strategy
Perform analyses to uncover trends patterns and opportunities
Contribute to cross-functional projects including large-scale data initiatives (such as enterprise data modelling)

Strong analytical skills
Hands-on experience working with data modeling
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights
A structured and curious approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI
Comfortable clearly articulating ideas in English particularly in an international setting
Interest in understanding the business context behind the data
A Masters degree in Data Science Finance or a related field
Nicetohave:
Experience with SQL and/or a programming language (e.g. Python R or similar)
Experience with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g. Azure Synapse)
Understanding of key Finance and Accounting concepts and terminology
