| Key Role Deliverables | DLT SMSGW Operations CRs and UAT Support - With respect to functionalities/projects ensuring that the requirements are discussed and captured properly in the BRS document by coordinating with various BU teams and vendor teams
- Coordinating for the UAT of billing functionality/project requirements and ensuring that UAT is closed within SLA and moved to production without any issues
- Ensuring respective functionalities are tracked and weekly reports are published with stats & status
- Ensuring that any postproduction movement issues are handled and closed by coordinating with BU & vendor teams
- Ensuring that UAT is done for the Mobile point & short code configurations raised by network team and their production movement is done within SLA
- Ensuring the Development of reports/scripts to extract data reports for various internal requirements

| Right Person (Qualification & Experience) | - Graduate B Tech/ Diploma in CSE/ECE/ BCA
- Working experience in Telecom domain for 4-5years
- At least 3-5years of total P2P/A2P SMS related to the Telecom Industry experience with hands on skills in any of the SMSGW or SMSC applications
- Excellent understanding of various stages of SMS Call flows including submission scrubbing various lookups interconnect operator handover and in-depth understanding of various delivery error codes.
- Ability to closely work with the on-prem and cloud infrastructure with application vendor networking and development teams to ensure timely deliverables.
- Work on the prioritized list of defects provided by the application lead/product managers Aggregators or cross functional teams.
- Strong background in Linux Unix Administration (shell scripts) Monitoring OS and Application Patching.
- 1-2yeears of Working experience on Kubernetes/SQL/Redis/ Web applications/Java/ Node JS/React JS
- Azure or any Could experience will be added advantage.
- Should have experience in dealing with Incident management and Resolution software technologies like Ticketing tools
