Job Title: Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant
As an Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant you will be the primary contact person for our customers for the implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding position that will enable you to grow as a professional consultant. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide Oracle Supply Chain Cloud consulting services engaging with our clients through the full implementation lifecycle for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain modules. Design processes and formulate the solution blueprint for project implementation
- Documenting existing and desired business processes and workflows based on clients needs and industry best practices.
- Analyze business needs capture functional and technical requirements and translate them into detailed Oracle SCM Cloud module specifications.
- Configure and test the system ensuring a smooth transition to production and providing comprehensive post-go-live support.
- Work closely with internal and Oracle teams to recommend process and technology solutions to meet project objectives
- Clearly communicate project progress risks roadblocks and mitigation strategies to clients in meetings
Qualifications: ACCA/Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any Engineering discipline
Must-Have Skills:
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a CPQ role.
- At least one successful full lifecycle implementation of CPQ in Oracle Cloud. We do not consider support and maintenance of modules as implementation experience
- Deep understanding of CPQ process flows like Product Configuration Pricing Rules Quoting and Proposal Generation
- Solid knowledge of how CPQ interacts with other Oracle Cloud modules.
- Passionate about personal learning and professional growth.
- Strong critical thinking analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a talent for documenting business processes thoroughly.
- Proven ability to drive issue resolution facilitate decision-making and coordinate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Oracle Cloud implementation certification in relevant module is a big plus
