Essential Responsibilities:
Lead medium to large complex projects from initiation through closure ensuring delivery on scope schedule cost quality and financial targets;
Define project scope objectives timelines deliverables resource plans and financial baselines aligned with business strategy;
Develop and manage detailed project plans budgets forecasts risks and status reporting;
Own project financial performance including cost control margin protection and P&L impact;
Manage cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams ensuring collaboration accountability and performance;
Establish project governance monitor KPIs and communicate status risks financial performance and decisions to senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Control and Automation Engineering;
PMI certification required (PMP strongly preferred);
Fluent in Portuguese and English.
Proven experience leading complex cross-functional projects in dynamic environments;
Strong knowledge of PMI methodologies project lifecycle management and governance practices;
Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera Jira Smartsheet);
Strong financial acumen with mandatory hands-on experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L);
Advanced English (written and spoken);
Availability to work on-site in Campinas/SP and availability to travel up to 20% of the time.
