About the Role:
Seeking compassionate and dependable QMAP / CNA candidates for a contract opportunity in a care facility setting. The ideal candidate will assist residents with daily care needs while supporting safe medication administration and quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications in accordance with QMAP regulations
Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and document patient conditions
Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare teams
Maintain a safe clean and supportive environment
Support resident comfort dignity and safety
Requirements & Preferred Skills:
Active Colorado QMAP certification required
Current Colorado CNA license preferred
Previous care facility experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong communication and patient care skills
