What you will be doing

- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions (spine joints post-op)

- Create customized treatment plans focused on functional recovery

- Educate patients on recovery expectations and home exercises

- Collaborate with providers and fellow therapists

- Maintain compliant accurate documentation (EMR)

Requirements

- DPT and Massachusetts PT license

- 12 years outpatient ortho or sports rehab experience preferred (new grads welcome)

- Strong interpersonal and team skills

- Ability to manage a full caseload while keeping patients engaged
