Responsibilities:

• Maintains repairs and overhauls aircraft ground service equipment in a safe efficient manner.
• Performs troubleshooting of aircraft ground support equipment on a scheduled basis.
• Performs immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on company equipment.
• Maintains and makes repairs to facilities in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintains Equipment status report along with updating equipment service intervals.
• Liaises with vendors and secures favorable pricing of parts and services; initiates purchase orders.
• Keeps tools and support equipment in safe and operational working condition while maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• 0-4 years experience in a maintenance shop environment
• Experience in the repair and overhaul of motorized vehicles and industrial equipment an asset
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Problem-Solving Skills/Strong Technical Aptitude/Strong Work Ethic/Ability to take direction and learn quickly/Strong verbal written and computer skills
• Ability to work well with others and alone
• Must successfully complete pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
