Key Responsibilities

• Work in cross functional groups to translate customer configuration requirements into buildable systems within manufacturing business guidelines.
• Engage in key customer/account teams to understand customers facilities technical requirements to recommend best-in class configuration drive customer to common/consistent configuration and NC reduction.
• Initial configuration review refinement based on final sales order and proactively participation in Quality/Robust CaRM process (to ensure BKM compliance).
• Create SSPS-J and manage AMJ CES order fulfillment process.
• Collaborate with Sales BM/BMO PLM GPM and Engineering to validate and maintain accurate customer order configurations
• Maintain comprehensive and auditable records of configuration changes and customer interactions
• Support configuration-related project activities including planning tracking and providing input to execution of configuration freezes and BOM validation
• Participate in NPI and CIP processes to ensure configuration readiness and consistency over time
