As a Security Officer Roving Patrol in Dalton GA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology-focused this role you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents and provide outstanding customer service and communication. Working with agility reliability and integrity you will contribute to a caring team environment while helping promote a secure and welcoming experience for everyone on site.

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees visitors and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures access protocols and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner while documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility exterior grounds and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related issues.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify credentials and/or visitor information and support access control procedures for restricted areas.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports on daily activities incidents and observations and communicate relevant updates to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
