Job Summary
PawDoc Surgery Dental is growing and were looking for veterinarians who want to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative urgent care environment without the exhaustion and long-term burnout often associated with traditional ER medicine.
Our model is designed to bridge the gap between general practice and emergency care giving doctors the opportunity to work up interesting cases practice advanced medicine and continue growing clinically while maintaining a sustainable schedule and supportive culture.
Whether youre an experienced ER doctor ready to leave overnights behind a GP looking for more challenging medicine or a newer veterinarian eager to build confidence with strong mentorship PawDoc offers an environment where doctors are supported respected and empowered to thrive.

Who Were Looking For
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD)
- Interest in urgent care emergency medicine surgery or advanced case management
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Confidence in diagnostics and case management or a desire to continue developing those skills
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
