Job Summary
Reliable Toyota Lexus BMW of Springfield & Audi Springfield is in need of an experienced Accounting Clerk.
We are looking for someone who is extremely detail-oriented proficientmulti-tasker with a positive attitude and is a team player that wants to help support our dealership staff and valued customers.
Qualified applicants must have at least 3 years of accounting work experience.
Additional qualifications are possessing great time management skills be very organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment while always achieving a high degree of accuracy. Auto dealership experience preferred but not required.
Accounts Receivable Clerk Duties & Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Statement reconciliations
Daily bank postings
Journal entries
Vehicle sale postings (retail/wholesale/dealer trades)
General ledger account maintenance
Sales Commissions
Weekly sales bonuses
