As anAssociate Director Treasury you will play a pivotal role at the centre of Arxadas global Treasury function. You will act as a key interface between internal and external stakeholders partnering closely with the Head of Treasury to drive strategic initiatives strengthen financial structures and enable best-in-class treasury operations. This is a highly visible position where your expertise will directly shape global cash management financing strategies and automation initiatives supporting Arxadas continued growth and transformation.
Essential Job Functions
Lead and strengthen relationships with banks and financial partners negotiating optimal outcomes for the business.
Drive global treasury initiatives across financing factoring and cash management ensuring alignment with market best practices.
Ensure compliance with treasury controls policies and governance frameworks.
Champion automation and digitalisation of treasury processes and payment flows.
Act as system administrator for Treasury Management Systems (TMS) e-banking platforms and related tools.
Negotiate and support treasury-related contracts including loan agreements.
Structure and evolve the global treasury operating model promoting centralisation where appropriate.
Lead key treasury projects and actively support cross-functional initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or a related field; advanced financial education is advantageous.
Extensive experience (10 years) in Treasury with strong exposure to global banking and cash management environments.
Proven track record in treasury systems process optimisation and automation.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance risk control and business enablement.
Business-fluent English required; German is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in complex international environments.
High level of autonomy ownership and accountability.
