Were hiring on behalf of GUAPI a global luxury streetwear brand with a bold identity and a growing international footprint across the USA Europe and the Middle East. Founded in 2017 GUAPI sits at the intersection of fashion music and sport and has built a loyal following through premium craftsmanship and culturally-driven design.

The brand is now looking for a Senior Fashion Designer with deep roots in streetwear to be based in Milan and play a key role in shaping upcoming collections.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Designing and developing seasonal streetwear collections that stay true to GUAPIs aesthetic and cultural identity
Building detailed tech packs and driving the product development process end to end
Researching trends fabrics and materials at the intersection of streetwear and luxury
Collaborating closely with production teams to ensure quality and design integrity
Contributing to creative concepts campaigns and product storytelling
Working across drops capsule collections and new product categories

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
3 years of fashion design experience ideally within a streetwear or luxury streetwear brand
A strong portfolio with a clear urbanwear focus (this is a must-have)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and related design tools
Solid understanding of garment construction fabrics and fits
Someone who lives and breathes streetwear culture (not just designs for it)
Comfortable in a fast-moving drop-driven environment where speed and quality coexist
A strong portfolio with a clear urbanwear focus (this is a must-have)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and related design tools

THE OPPORTUNITY
