Leverage yourexpertisein financial partnership development and operational risk management toidentify build and sustain strategic partnerships that align with FCCs organizational goals. Through strong collaboration and negotiationyoullhelp expand FCCs role and impact across the agriculture sector.
As Director Partnership Agreementsyoullwork closely with internal teams executiveleadershipand external partners to ensure partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with FCCs the full partnership lifecycle-from opportunity identification and agreement negotiation to implementation performancemonitoringand ongoing relationship beresponsible for the operational risk management of FCCs thirdparty financing programs ensuringappropriate controls riskmeasuresand governance are in place to support sustainable growth.

Whatyoulldo
Leadthe identification development and management of strategic financial partnerships ensuring strong alignment with organizational objectives
Develop and deliver presentations to potential partners and provide regular updates to executive leadership on partnership activitiesperformanceand outcomes
Establish governance risk and compliance strategies for partnership agreements and contractual obligations providing insight and clear consistent reporting across all programs
Lead a specialised team providing operational risk oversight for thirdparty financing and accountable for risk and control effectiveness across all programs
Collaborate with internal business leaders risk and compliance teams and external partners to develop andmonitorour partnership programs
Lead performance management coaching mentoringrecruitmentand succession planning activities while fostering a culture of collaborationinnovationand high performance within your team.
Whatyoullbring to the team
Required qualifications:
A degree in agriculture technology finance businessadministrationor commerce and at least 10 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proven experience in operational risk and financial services risk management
Demonstrated experience developing and managing strategic orfinancialH
partnerships.
Strong negotiation relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to develop and implement partnership strategies and frameworks
Experience collaborating across internal teams and with external organizations
Leadership experience including coaching mentoring and performance management.
Strong strategic thinking communicationjudgementandadaptability
Complex lending partnerships or regulated environments
Strong understanding ofthirdpartyriskoperationalcontrolsandgovernanceframeworks
Provenexperience influencing senior stakeholders
Experience leading people or projects with accountability
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the agriculture and/or financial services sectors
Experience leading teams responsible for partnership portfolios
Experience leading teamsin operational risk audit compliance enterprise risk
Executivelevel reporting experience
Strong Excel and reporting capability
Bilingualism (English and French) is astrongasset.
