Mission Recruiting is seeking a Client Experience Specialist (CXS) to help grow our recruiting staffing consulting and HR/payroll service lines nationwide.
This role combines inside sales outside sales and account management responsibilities. The CXS manages relationships with active and inactive law firm clients while also prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
This is a high-activity relationship-driven role focused on communication follow-up pipeline management and revenue generation.
Compensation
- Expected earnings: $80000-$120000 first year $150K after that
- Base salary plus commission structure
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client relationships
- Reactivate inactive clients
- Prospect and develop new business
- Sell recruiting staffing consulting and HR/payroll services
- Coordinate with internal recruiting teams
- Maintain CRM and activity documentation
What Were Looking For
- Sales recruiting staffing or account management experience preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable with outbound calling and relationship-based sales
- Organized and comfortable in a metrics-driven environment
