Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) CVOR
Location: Fort Myers FL
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 10-Hour Day Shifts

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $2650 $3050/week (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CVOR Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in a fast-paced cardiovascular operating room environment. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise in cardiovascular surgical procedures including both scrub and circulate responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in the Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR)
• Perform both scrub and circulate duties during cardiovascular surgical procedures
• Collaborate closely with surgeons anesthesia providers and surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care
• Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures and maintain sterile technique standards
• Document patient care accurately and timely within the EMR system
• Respond to scheduled on-call requirements as needed
• Float to other units or affiliated campuses when required
• Maintain compliance with infection control safety and surgical protocols

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR RN experience required
• Recent experience working specifically in a Cardiovascular Operating Room required
• Must have both scrub and circulate experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Strong critical thinking communication and teamwork skills
