Lazy 3 Animal Care is a growing mixed-animal practice in the heart of Texas ranch country and were looking for a Medical Director ready to step into a true leadership rolenot just manage but shape the future of the practice.

Clinic Snapshot
- Practice Type: Mixed Animal / General Practice
- Patient Volume: Busy well-paced caseload
- Support: 3:1
- Case Mix: Companion animal livestock equine including wellness surgery dentistry and urgent care

- Base Salary: $130000 $150000 production bonus
- $25K Sign-on Bonus
- DVM Long-Term Incentive (LTI) Cash Program (on top of production)

What Youll Bring
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) licensed or eligible in Texas
- Strong clinical foundation across small and/or mixed animal medicine
