Concierge

THE ROLE
The primary accountability ofthe Concierge is to create a welcoming experience for clients visiting the COIshowroom developing relationships with clients vendors service providers andindustry peers. This role blends hospitality administration sales support and product knowledge and is ideal for someone who enjoys being the hub that keeps everything running smoothly.

This is a full-time permanent position working out of our impeccably designed and furnished office. Youll mostly work from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with irregular or extended hours as projects demand. We offer a hybrid model of working from home the office and the rest of the time will be on-site with clients.

THE DAY TO DAY

  • Welcome and support clients visiting our showroom
  • Coordinate meetings showroom tours and events
  • Ensure the showroom and shared spaces are always client-ready
  • Support sales activities by preparing quotes samples and order documentation
  • Assist walk-in clients with product selection pricing and lead times
  • Enter and review orders for accuracy before handing off to Operations
  • Communicate with manufacturers and vendors as needed
  • Deliver a consistent customer-first experience in everything you do
YOU BRING THE FOLLOWING
  • Diploma or degree in Business Interior Design or a related field
  • 1 year of experience in customer service sales coordination project coordination or administrative support
  • Strong communication skills and a professional welcoming presence
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in commercial office furniture is an asset
