Job Summary

Temp to Hire

Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in Paylogics. Manage backend data relating to employee time off requests. Must be able to provide and research information related to hourly wages salary and overtime questions. Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Process new hire background criminal searches. Proof and make corrections to timecard entries prior to completing payroll. Promptly and accurately complete payroll on a bi-weekly basis. Responsible to print copies of paystub vouchers to file with timecards and work orders. Generate bi-weekly monthly and quarterly reports from Paylogics. Complete WSPM clearance requests for potential tenant applications. Generate the Birthday and Anniversary reports and mail cards. Send out New Hire Benefit packets when applicable. Proof and approve Employee Written Communications. Review and process all New Hires and Termination requests. Assist employees with enrolling or terminating Group Insurance benefits. Completes the Bureau of Labor Statistics for Nevada Employees Responsible to process all unemployment correspondence requests within the allotted time frame. Be physically present during posted business hours to assist complete assigned tasks. Submit job openings to indeed as needed. Complete and submit Workmens compensation forms as needed. Other duties may be assigned.
