Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist for an outpatient rehabilitation setting. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced therapists and new graduates seeking to grow their clinical skills in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic neurological and pelvic health conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility strength coordination and daily living skills
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans adaptive strategies and home exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Patient Population

Orthopedic patients
Neurological rehabilitation patients
Pelvic health patients

Productivity Expectations

Expected productivity: 60 visits per week
Average patient volume: 1214 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits expected

Requirements

Outpatient experience preferred
New graduates accepted
First-time travelers accepted
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting
