Job Summary

Nikao Performance and Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing mobile home health practice in Central Phoenix. This role offers flexible scheduling 1:1 patient care competitive per-visit pay and excellent work-life balance.

This position is ideal for a personable PTA who enjoys autonomy meaningful patient relationships and a supportive team environment.

Position Details

• Employment Type: PRN

• Setting: Mobile home visits (private practice)

• Minimum Commitment: 6 patient visits per week

• Visit Length: 40 minutes per visit

• Patient Care Model: 1:1 treatment

Job Requirements

• Eligible for Arizona Physical Therapist Assistant licensure

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience

• At least 2000 hours of patient care experience required

• Ability to complete a minimum of 6 visits per week

• Dry Needling certification preferred (not required)

• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
