Job Summary

Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the inpatient rehabilitation team at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center in Americus Georgia. This position is ideal for new graduate PTAs or experienced clinicians as prior inpatient experience is not required.

The PTA hired will work in a modern patient-focused hospital environment alongside a highly qualified interdisciplinary team.

Position Overview

This role is based at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center a state-of-the-art 183000 square foot facility featuring 76 inpatient beds all private rooms and a collaborative care environment.

The Physical Therapist Assistant will support patient care under the direction of Physical Therapists working with a diverse inpatient population to help patients regain function mobility and independence.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Optional weekend acute care rotation (not required)

• Consistent schedule supporting strong work-life balance

Job Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or equivalent standing)

• Eligible for Georgia state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant

• New graduate PTAs encouraged to apply

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with patients and clinical staff
